A Movement Medicine workshop is a personal development tool in which we use the body in movement to learn about ourselves. Participants are invited to explore every part of their bodies with curiosity, benevolence and wonder. During this exploration, they feel the sensations and emotions that run through them. They can express these through movement or form. These practices develop self-confidence and self-esteem.
