Movement and Meditation

conscious dance is a physical activity in which participants explore their bodies through movement. It's a meditation because it's all about non-judgmental awareness.

Weekly classes are an opportunity to practice regularly. They allow you to and explore with others.

A simple, repetitive structure to create security

Anchoring, Movement, Letting go

The class begins with a time of transition into the space. This is followed by a time of free movement, driven by the music, the teacher's guidance, the group dynamic and our personal intentions. Finally, the class ends with a time of integration.

Come with who you are

This class is open to everyone, with or without dance experience (16 years and over). Each participant adapts his or her movements according to his or her abilities and current state of mind.

A weekly physical activity to let go and feel alive!

Weekly classes are held in Aix-en-Provence on Tuesdays. One hour during the lunch break or 2 hours in the evening. Depending on your needs and schedule , you can take classes by the session , or choose a subscription (yearly, 10-class card) to help you come regularly. It's possible to come and try out even during the course of the year.

In the evening

Guided body expression

At conscious dance, there's no such thing as good or bad movement - it's all about respecting yourself. I guide you to help you (re)connect with your body and find your own different movement according to your current state.

A field of exploration

From soft and enveloping to dynamic and uplifting, the diversity of the music allows you to move differently. The dance space becomes a terrain for exploring yourself and your relationship to the world.

A first step towards discovering the practice

Want to try it out before taking the plunge? With 2 or 3 people, this small-group session allows you to discover the Movement Medicine in a more intimate, personalized way. personalized way.

1-hour weekly practice

An ideal time slot for people whose schedules are too busy to add 2 hours, or for those who prefer to keep their evenings free.

Time to yourself

It gives you a breathing space, just for yourself, during the day. A time to let go of everyday stress and end the week on a high note.

1. Re-connecting with the body

Movement Medicine is a practice of conscious dance practice that enables you to reconnect with your body, sensations and emotions.

2. A soundscape

Variations in the music - sometimes gentle and enveloping, sometimes dynamic and uplifting- allow us to express what is there for us at the time of the workshop through the body in movement.

3. A moment for yourself 

The class is a time for breathing in a safe, caring space. You leave feeling relaxed and at ease in your body.


If you're new to conscious dance, you can take a free 1-hour trial class or a 2-hour introductory session for €10. After that, you can practice by the session (with no commitment). If you wish to practice regularly, choose the 10-class card or a yearly subscription.
