A. What personal data we collect and why we collect it
A.1.Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor's IP address and the browser's user agent string to help detect spam.
An anonymous string created from your e-mail address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile photo is visible to the public as part of your comment.
A.2.Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract all location data from images on the website.
A.3.Contact forms
Data collected via contact forms is collected and used to enable us to carry out our activity, to improve the quality of our service and to keep you informed.
A4. Weekly course registration forms
Information collected via registration forms for weekly courses is kept until the end of the school year.
A.5.Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you can choose to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so you don't have to re-enter your details when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we also set several cookies to record your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen option cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember me", your connection will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you modify or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply indicates the identifier of the article you have just modified. It expires after 1 day.
A.6 Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with this integrated content, including tracking your interaction with integrated content if you have an account and are logged in to this website.
A.7.Analytical
To date, no analysis system has been installed on this site, apart from the WordPress basics.
B. With whom we share your data
When you take part in a workshop or training course organized in partnership with an association, the latter may have access to your e-mail addresses. You can refuse this sharing by specifying it in an e-mail.
Newsletter subscriptions are fed into a user database stored on Mailchimp.
C. How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (where applicable), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Web site administrators can also view and modify this information.
D.What rights you have to your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security purposes. Simply send your request by e-mail to contact@liberetadanse.com.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by sending an e-mail to contact@liberetadanse.com or by using the unsubscribe button at the end of each newsletter.
E.Where we send your data
Visitor comments can be checked via an automated spam detection service.
