Reconnecting to your body
In Movement Medicine, we learn to listen to our body to follow its impulses. Some weeks, we need to move fast to get what's boiling inside out. Other weeks, on the contrary, we need to come back to ourself and feel the calm inside.
Listening to your body is listening to yourself. Little by little, what comes into place in dance transpires in life.

Choose your format:
In free dance, everyone discovers their own body at their own pace. For example, simply by exploring all the ways to move each part of the body. You don't need to know how to dance to have an infinite number of movement possibilities.
Several formats are available to suit your needs, location, schedule and purpose: wellness and relaxation, personal development or customised work on a theme of your choice.
Dancing for fun: Weekly classes
Regular physical activity for 1 to 2 hours in Aix-en-Provence and online via Zoom.
Classes are open to all - even during the year. You can choose to come by session or to register (quarter, year, card of 10 classes).
Dancing for Development: Workshops and thematic courses
Thematic workshops are an opportunity toexplore a particular theme in greater depth.
The longer courses offer more interactive exercises andalternate between time in movement and time for exchange.
Dancing in Private Lessons
If you have a specific personal problems for which you would like my full attention or more confidentiality. Or if you don't feel like dancing in the ready to dance in the presence of the group. It is possible to schedule one or more private lessons.
Here what is beautiful is not the technique, a fluid and perfect movement, but the authenticity. The profound uniqueness of each person's movement. Here what is sought is true movement, that which emerges from itself, fromwithin.
