You're longing for transformation, for a deep connection with yourself and the world around you. In this journey of transformation, I invite you to imagine a future where you feel fully alive, confident and in harmony with your inner self. This workshop at conscious dance will enable you to feel a deep connection with your inner power. An immense motivation to face doubts and fears and embrace every aspect of your being with confidence and assurance.
As a teacher of conscious dance trained in Movement Medicine, I am committed to accompanying you with gentleness, listening to you and encouraging you with dynamism and determination in your journey towards self-confidence.
What to expect
In this workshop, we dive into sensory and emotional exploration. We'll find anchorage in our bodies and in the sensations of nature around us. Through conscious dance, we'll discover the fluidity of movement and the depth of our relationship with ourselves and with others. Sharing will enrich this transformative experience.
