Pleasure - Letting go - Freedom - Time for yourself
To start the workshop, I guide you: I draw your attention to the body to help the mind let go of daily life. In this way, we anchor ourselves in our bodies. We allow ourselves to let go of the world and take time for ourselves. Focusingon bodily sensations also enables us to feel and release our emotions .
Music serves as inspiration and framework: enveloping, it provides security and comfort. Dynamic, it keeps you moving. Ethnic, exotic or classical, it opens the imagination.
Practical info
Open class for occasional or regular participation
Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
We dance every Tuesday (except during school vacations). You can sign up or come and meet us on site from 7.20pm.

Nous dansons sur la pelouse du Complexe du Val de l’arc – Rue des infirmeries. Nous nous installons près du mur d’escalade.

Nous dansons sur la pelouse du Complexe Sportif du Val de l'Arc qui se situe Avenue des infirmeries à Aix-en-Provence
GPS: Complexe Sportif du Val de L'arc
Arrêt de bus : Val de l'Arc - Parking gratuit
Une fois arrivé-e : nous nous installons le long des arbres, près du mur d'escalade.
En cas de mauvais temps, nous nous retrouverons à la Salle de Danse Ruocco - 348, Avenue Gaston Berger - Aix-en-Provence.
