Un atelier de danse libre à Aix en Provence pour prendre soin de son corps et l’écouter. Se sentir en sécurité dans son corps développe la confiance en soi e en la vie. Exprimer et libérer les émotions par le mouvement pour des interactions plus simples et apaisées avec votre entourage. Connecté-e au ressenti de votre corps, vous êtes vraiment vous-même, serein-e et libre. Votre corps est le siège de votre puissance personnelle.
In this workshop, we will use conscious dance and Movement Medicine tools to increase our awareness of our body in movement in space.
Course
Welcome: A musical atmosphere welcomes you from 1:50pm. Time to arrive and make a smooth transition.
Introduction: Introduction to the workshop
Movement : Suggested exercises to help you get moving. The music is mixed live as the workshop progresses. Words at the microphone guide the movement and support your exploration without stopping the music to allow continuity of movement.
Closing circle: everyone is invited to share their feelings in a few words
