A practice for connecting with the body and sensations: presence and letting go.

Lunchtime workshops at conscious dance in Aix-en-Provence: here, we forget about looking good, feeling good, doing things the right way... and look for ways to make ourselves feel good.

Guidance helps to shift attention from the mind to the body, allowing us to move naturally , forgetting for a moment the world around us. Music leads to new ways of moving and helps you escape.

Tension is released. You rediscover the well-being of feeling present in your body, a feeling of confidence and freedom.

If you wish, by coming regularly, this state of well-being will spread into your daily life...

Workshop sequence

conscious dance at Noon

Let's set off on an inner exploration, connecting with the body, sensations and emotions. In search of movements that make you feel more present, alive, connected and free.

The course is divided into 3 parts:

Welcome (approx. 10min)
Guided movement to music (approx. 45min)
Sharing experience (approx. 5min)

Practical info

Open class for occasional or regular participation

Tuesdays from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

We dance every Tuesday (except during school vacations). You can sign up or come and meet us on site from 12.20 pm.

In Aix-en-Provence

D’octobre à fin avril, nous dansons dans la Salle de Danse Ruocco. 348, avenue Gaston Berger.

A partir de mai, nous dansons en extérieur sur la pelouse du Complexe Sportif du Val de l’Arc. Rue des infirmeries.

Rates

Discover conscious dance, 1st workshop at 9€ corresponding to annual membership of the AUC association conscious dance.

Then you choose a participation :

one-off 12€ per session
régulière adaptée à votre disponibilité carte de 10 cours à 99€ (- 15%)
