Pleasure - Letting go - Freedom - Time for yourself
To get started, I guide you: I draw your attention to the body to help the mind let go of daily life. In this way, we anchor ourselves in our bodies. We allow ourselves to let go of the world and take time for ourselves. Focusingon bodily sensations also enables us to feel and release our emotions .
Music serves as inspiration and framework: enveloping, it provides security and comfort. Dynamic, it keeps you moving. Ethnic, exotic or classical, it opens the imagination.
Practical info
Open class for occasional or regular participation
Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
We dance every Tuesday (except during school vacations). You can sign up or come and meet us on site from 7.20pm.

We dance in the large Salle de Danse of the Complexe Ruocco (on the 1st floor of the Gymnasium).
Rates
Découverte de la danse libre, 1er atelier à 10€. Après, vous pouvez choisir de venir ponctuellement à l’atelier 20€ ou prendre une carte de 10 cours (180€ soit 1 cours gratuit).
