Defining your intention
A workshop at conscious dance in Aix en Provence to map out a direction in which to focus your energy. It's all about choosing where to focus your attention.
To get this new year off to a good start, I'd like to suggest that you dance to define your intentions for 2024.
An intention is like a compass, so we can refer to it when we feel lost. At the beginning of the year, we clarify what we want and take stock of our resources and needs. Then we take regular steps forward - sometimes like an ant, sometimes like a giant. From time to time, we come back to measure how far we've come, with contentment and compassion.
Intention knows no path, like the river that meanders its way to the sea along its own unique route.
An intention is not set in stone; it evolves according to what we discover along the way. At times, it becomes clearer. At others, it opens up to new possibilities...
Course
Welcome: A musical atmosphere welcomes you from 1:50pm. Time to arrive and make a smooth transition.
Introduction: Introduction to the workshop
Movement : Suggested exercises to help you get moving. The music is mixed live as the workshop progresses. Words at the microphone guide the movement and support your exploration without stopping the music to allow continuity of movement.
Closing circle: everyone is invited to share their feelings in a few words
