Let's set off on an inner exploration, connecting with the body, sensations and emotions. In search of movements that make you feel more present, alive, connected and free.
The course is divided into 3 parts:
- Welcome (approx. 10min)
- Guided movement to music (approx. 45min)
- Sharing experience (approx. 5min)

Nous dansons tous les mardis (hors vacances scolaires) à la salle de danse Ruocco au 348, avenue Gaston Berger. Vous pouvez vous inscrire ou bien venir nous retrouver sur place à partir de 12h20.
Rates
Découverte de la danse libre, 1er atelier à 9€. Après, vous choisissez une participation:
- one-off 12€ per session
- régulière adaptée à votre disponibilité carte de 10 cours à 99€ (- 15%)
