During this workshop, we will activate the levers of self-esteem and self-respect. Our starting point will be awareness of the self-image each of us constructs. Through this, we will seek to update and harmonize this perception with what we have become in the PRESENT.
In interaction and with the support of the group, we will deepen our self-awareness. We'll explore alignment on 3 axes: physical, emotional and mental.
A transformative journey
In this unique workshop, through yoga, meditation conscious dancemeditation and eutonie, we propose :
- Resources for developing inner security and a caring relationship with the body
- Exploring relationships with oneself, with others and with the sacred
- Awareness of the difference betweenself-image and the perception of others
- Integration through sharing,writing and time in nature
- A harvest dance to celebrate and bring back the achievements of daily life
This workshop will include times for guidance (yoga, conscious dance and meditation, etc.) andinternalization through experimentation with the body. There will also be time for integration throughinteraction and exchange , enabling enriching exchanges and interactions. In this way, as the exchanges unfold, links are forged, enabling each participant to delve deeper into his or her innermost self and discover his or her own uniqueness, in his or her own way of experiencing anddaring to be oneself.
The group is a catalyst, a support, a place of non-judgment, a witness, a real space that allows the inner voice to be liberated in the quest forauthenticity.
A caring environment to dare to be yourself and grow
The secure setting enables each person todare to confront their fears and realize their skills, strengths and abilities. Accepting one's limits makes one grow and teaches one to bounce back, to move towards greater freedom thanks to an expanded Awareness of《Qui Je Suis》.
The proposal invites us to visit our light andshadow zones, to become capable ofwelcoming our vulnerability and no longer refusing our "flaws". Learn to love our flaws, our wounds, because they move us forward .. . Welcome the parts of us that doubt, but also the parts that know. Becoming more Unified, feeling Whole, and taking a step towards Trust and Sensitivity- these inevitable pains forge us and make us, ultimately, more Human!

The speakers
Naiada Dubard, Yoga and meditation
I'm Naiada Dubard, originally an occupational therapist, I later specialized in human development psychology. I've been inspired by several sources that I've immersed myself in over the years. In particular,active listening in the person-centered approach (C. Rogers), the power of psychodynamic group work and its "mirror effects"; non-verbal expression tools such asself-massage, subtle touch, hatha yoga,eutonie and feldenkrais. I have also trained in hatha yoga.
I invite you tointernalize your gaze, using body and speech to help you gradually align and find your true essence of being.
Solange Brelot, conscious dance
I'm Solange Brelot, teacher of conscious danceMovement Medicine teacher. With gentleness, deep listening and determination, I guide each and every one towards greater self-confidence through movement.
Through my own journey, I've learned to accept my vulnerability and live with my emotions. Dance has enabled me to accept myself anddare to be myself, discovering thatauthenticity strengthens bonds and creates truer, deeper relationships.
My caring approach creates a safe space where you can explore your authenticity and develop your self-esteem.
