Hello, my name is Solange, and I'm a passionate conscious dance teacher, specializing in the development ofself-confidence andself-esteem. Allow me to share with you my background and my passion for this transformative practice.
I guide you through Movement Medicine, a powerful method for regaining your confidence and boosting your self-esteem. This is my path too. conscious dance opened the door to a profound transformation, enabling me to unleash my potential and rediscover my inner freedom.
Today, I share this passion to help everyone develop a positive relationship with themselves, through a body practice that celebrates self-confidence andself-esteem. Discovering conscious dance was a revelation for me, showing me the power of dance as a means of healing and transformation. I love dancing and accompanying you through conscious dance. It allows me to have a positive impact on the Earth and you feel stronger and more confident in your being.

My journey: Emancipation through dance and self-confidence
My career path began with international management studies in France and the United States, followed by a career in aeronautics. Despite my successes, I felt a persistent inner emptiness and lack of self-esteem. The need for a more authentic connection with myself and others.
In 2016, my encounter with conscious dance changed my life. It was much more than a discovery: it was a revelation. Since 2019, our Movement Medicine community has been a welcoming space for those who wish to boost their self-confidence and cultivate their self-esteem through movement.
Alongside my classes, I work in institutions (Socio-cultural centers and hospitals), observing the transformative and simple power of reconnecting with the body through movement.
As a divorced mother of two, my life experience feeds my empathetic approach. I'm here to accompany you on your journey towards greater self-confidence and self-esteem.

My passion for dance
A consuming passion
Since the age of 6, dance has been a source of joy and expression for me. As a child, I attended Classical and Modern Jazz dance classes. As a teenager, I went to Rock evenings, and as a divorcee, I went to Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Tango,...I discovered free dances by following the thread of my passion for dance. These practices focus on spontaneous movement and connection to the body.
A fusion of meditation and dance
Movement Medicine has become my tool for building confidence and cultivating self-esteem. It has taught me to listen to my body, release stress and live fully in the present moment. With no choreography, it allows you toexplore every sensation and emotion, creating a unique path to greater self-esteem.
Dance for self-esteem
It's a change in the way I look at dance and my body. I no longer force it to reproduce a movement as perfectly as possible, but let it take the form that feels good. In search of continuous movement, I shape, deform and reshape myself. I pay attention to every part of my body to detect a sensation or sense an emotion.
As in meditation, my mind is present to observe (without judgment). I move to release and evacuate stress, I let go of emotions buried during the day, the week or even longer...
Compared to improvising alone in my living room or kitchen? There's more space (which means less risk of injury), a beautiful wooden floor and the opportunity to interact with a friendly group.
